In a telephone call with the staff on December 20, 1982, I agreed to expand Ms. Sinclair's limited agreement to an ex-tended discovery period on the "Zack" issues.
The Staff now predicts that its investigation into these issues will not be completed until the middle or end of March.
Therefore, all parties have now agreed to defer any discovery on these issues until a reasonable period after completion of the Staff reports.
Due to this agreement, Ms. Sinclair will not respond to the Applicants' December 10, 1982 Objections to Interro-gatories prior to completion of the Staff investigation.
