NRC Report on Investigation of Bechtel Involvement at Zimmer Nuclear Power Plant

Dear Sir:

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 59.8, I hereby request copies of:

1. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission report on its investigation of charges that representatives of Bechtel Power Corporation were on site at the Zimmer nuclear power plant prior to Bechtel's nomination to conduct an independent review of Cincinnati Gas and Electric's management of the Zimmer project.

2. All documents which concern, pertain or relate in any way to the charges that Bechtel was on site at Zimmer or to the investigation stemming from those charges.
