In that position, I am responsible for C&SOE's financial planning, sale of securities, cash manage-ment and control, contacts with investors , various financial studies and analysis, and administrative services including data processing and corporate systems.

I am the Treasurer of The Dayton Power and Light Company.

In that position I am respcnsible for the formulation of the Company's financing program (including the sale of securities), cash management and control and various finan-cial studies.

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Master of Accounting Science degree in 1963 and 1964, respectively, from the University of Illinois. From 1964 until 1978, except for two years of military service, I was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co. , an international public accounting firm, in the public utility audit division, work' ing in the areas of financial audits, rate proceedings, financings, and special matters. I joined The Dayton Power and Light Company as Treasurer in June 1978.

I graduated from Punjab University, India in 1963 with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Physics. I received my M.Sc. (Honors) in Physics from Punjab University in 1964.

I served as Lecturer in the Department of Physics, Kurukshetra.

University, India for two years before ccming to the U.S.A.

to pursue graduate studies. I received my Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering frcm the University of Cincinnati in 1972.

i I joined Southern California Edison in August, 1972, as Associate Engineer in the Fuel Supply Department. In this position, I gained experience in the areas of nuclear fuel contracts and econcmics. In March, 1973, I was appointed Group Leader of the Core - & Fuel Analysis group, where I was responsible for core operational. analysis and fuel manage-ment of San Onofre Unit 1. In addition, the group performed nuclear analyses for San Onofre Units 2 and 3.

In March, 1974, I joined General Electric Company as a Senior Engineer in the Nuclear Energy Division. I was primarily involved in the nuclear design of BWR-6 and retro-fit of various advanced concepts to earlier product lines.

In February, 1976, I joined The Cincinnati Gas &

Electric Company as Head of the Nuclear Fuel Group. In this position, I was responsible for nuclear fuel procurement, centract administration, and econcaics. In additien, I was involved in the development of nuclear analytical capability in the areas of core management, fuel performance, and safety analysis. I directed a project dealing with long-run incremental ccsts of electric supply and was involved in the generation planning studies performed within the Ccapany.

In September, 1973, I was appointed Manager, Nuclear Fuel and Advanced Engineering Projects. In this position, I am responsible for managing activities in the areas of nuclear fuel, nuclear systems technology, generation plan-ning, special corporate studies, and R&D ccordination. In addition, I am responsible for coordinating the Ccmpany's TMI related activities.

I am a member of the Edison Electric Institute's-Nuclear Fuels Ccamittee. In addition, I am the C:mpany's primary representative on the SWR Cwner's Grcup and the NSAC coordinator. During 1973-80, I was a me=ber cf the EPRI's Safety & Analysis Task Force. I am a member of the American Nuclear Society.
