NJPDES PERMIT NJ0025411 HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Pursuant to the requirements of Appendix B " ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PLAN (NONRADIOLOGICAL)" to Docket No. 50-354, enclosed is the approved modification to the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit NJ0025411 issued May 27, 1987, and effective July 1, 1987. This modification changes the chlorine monitoring requirements at the Cooling Tower Blowdown outfall (DSN 461A) from Free Available Chlorine to Total Residual Chlorine and eliminates the Settling Pond (DSN 436B), used during construction, from the permit.
