Enclosed, in a separate envelope, is proposed Revision V of the Security Plan for the U.S. Geological Survey TRIGA Reactor Facility. This plan was revised under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) (2) in response to a letter received from the Region IV office. The revisions to the plan are believed to not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and consist of providing specific details on the location and type of detectors included in our alarm system, as required by the Region IV letter. This document is proprietary information and should be withheld from public disclosure.
The changes in the plan are indicated by vertical lines in the margins near the sections changed. The Revision V changes are contained in pages 6-1 through 6-9 of the plan and consist largely of added details of the facility alarm system.
