Quarterly Inspection of Reactor Tank
Dear Sir:
A thorough inspection of the reactor tank was conducted on August 12, 1987. Leaks were detected from two existing patches. New patches were placed over these areas. On July 7, 1987, two penetrati;ns were discovered on the west wall of the tank, and they were patched. Both new penetrations were near existing patches.
We will continue to inspect the tank on a regular basis and repair any penetrations located.
The program to install a new tank liner is proceeding on sched ul e .
