-Geological Survey (USGS) TRIGA reactor facility A new employee was hired to fill the position of facility supervisor. Tim ,
DeBey graduated from Kansas State University in 1983 with a Masters Degree in Nuclear Engineering. He has 19 years of !
reactor experience at Kansas State, Sandia Labs, the USGS, and i the U.S. Army. Mr. DeBey also has 6 years of experience in the U.S. Navy nuclear program as a reactor operator. Tim began working at the GSTR on March 31 and will assume the position of facility supervisor upon the receipt of his Senior Reactor Operator license. Mr. Paul Helfer is currently the acting Reactor Supervisor.
