.This letter is in regard,to'your letters, with attachments, dated May 15, and May 30,1989 whereby you submitted to Region 11 revisions to your currently approved Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan in accordance with the

-provisionsof10CFR70.32(c).'

This letter will serve to recognize Region II's approval of the above mentioned submittals in a. letter-to you dated June 8,1989. Accordingly, License Condition 1.1 to Amendment SG-2 to your License No. SNM.1097 is hereby revised, effective upon receipt:of this'1etter to read as follows:

-1.1 The lic'ensee shall follow Sections 1.0 through 9.0.of its Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan dated December 16, 1987 '- designated as Revision 0; as revised by the " Revisions By Page" . Revision 7 dated May 30, 1989 (Page 1 of the FNMC Plan).and as may be revised in accordance with, and pursuant to, the provisions of either 10 CFR 70.34 or 70.32(c).

We' have determined that the attachments to your letters dated May 15, and May 30, 1989 contain information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial'within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.23.
