I am enclosing copies of NECNP CONTENTIONS ON REVISION 2 QF THE THE NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE AND LOCAL RADIOLOGICAIs EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS. Copies have been served on the parties to this proceeding.
Because of the time constraints imposed by the Board's schedule, NECNP was not able to complete the preparation of its contentions on Revision 2. The Board now has before it a motion by the Coalition for reconsideration of the filing dedline and an extension of the deadline until January 2, 1986. NECNP intends to submit as soon as possible a filing that will complete its contentions on Revision 2.
