. Yesterday, con' behalf of'Intervenors New England Coalition.on Nuclear Pollution, Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, _and'Com-monwealth of Massachusetts, I filed'an emergency petition for an extension of-the. stay of full power. operation of the Seabrook reactor.
The motion was supported by the affidavit;of Robert D.
Pollard,: a nuclear safety engineer with: the Union of Concerned Scientists.
- Because-of time-restraints, we.were unable to' file a duly notarized copy of.Mr; Pollard's affidavit.. The affidavit has now
-been. notarized, and copies are enclosed herewith.
