HRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70 1113/88-08 Thank you for your responses of August 26, 1988 and September 28, 1988, to our Notice of Violation, issued on July 27, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your Nuclear Fuel and Component Manufacturing facility. We have evaluated your responses and found that they r'eet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201, in your response to Violation B, example 1, you stated that you concurred with the finding in that one positive urinalysis result was not investigated nor an uptake calculation performed rather than numerous results as indicated in the inspection report. After reviewing the additional information provided in your i
response, we agree that investigations were required only for the single result. We have corrected our records to reflect this fact. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
