Dear Mr. Issacs:

Th'is letter is to confirm our recent discussions regarding ~

the FOIA search I have authorized you to undertake. -

It is agreed that: -

1. Initially you quoted $1,200.00 to do the full search. I asked you to do only half of the search. (Plymouth only - not Maine Yankee) V T

2. That you expect the cost to be about $600.00 and you will inform me if this estimate is incorrect. Otherwise I have authorized you to do a search up to $600.00

3. That I am especially interested in documents not found in the PDR (as well as PDR documents).

4. That I have a special interest in the defective fuel problem (GE), unmonitored pathways and release to the public 1969 to the present - including studies, reports, correspondence as per my January 22, 1986 request.

5. That you will send me copies of documents at a cost of

.05 per page as long as there are not too many - up to $50.00 in copying costs is fine without further authorization.

Let me know if there is any problem with the above understanding.
