S552 et seq., I am b reby requesting copies of any and all plans (subsequent to PECO August 7, 1987 "Peach Bottom Commitment to Excellence Action Plan") submitted by the Philadelphia Electric Company ("PECO") to the Commission with respect to the restart of PECO's Peach Bottom facility, including, but not limited to, PECO's November 25, 1987 "Plan for Restart of Peach Bottom, Atomic Power Station" and any additional plans submitted in February, 1988, as well as copies of any correspondence between PECO and the Commission with respect to such plans.
