SUBJECT:

NRC INSPECTION APRIL 15-19, 1985, REPORT NO. 70-1113/85-05 As discussed in the exit interview on April 19, 1985, with Dr. D. M. Montgomery of this office, five samples are being sent under separate cover for confirmatory analysis of uranium content.

Each vial contains 5 mL of solution and is 1% hcl by volume. You are requested to analyze each sample for uranium in duplicate and send the results to the NRC:

RII. The samples are acidic and should be processed in the same manner as urine samples in accordance witt) your approved procedure.
