. LMONTHLY NARRATIVE REPORT OF OPERATION AND MAJOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE -

1 This report' describes the operating and major maintenance experience.for the month of January,1985. This narrative report was prepared by the plant staff i,

and -is submitted in accordance with Section 6.9.1.10 of the Plant Technical Specifications.

On January 2, 1985, Unit 1 experienced a reactor trip.

On January 4, 1985,-Unit 1 experienced a reactor trip.

On January 5,1985, Diesel Generator 1-1 autostarted due to a momentary undervoltage during an automatic bus transfer.

On January 20, 1985, both Residual Heat Removal (RHR) Trains were inoperable for approximately 6 minutes.

On January 25, 1985, both Residual Heat Removal (RHR) Trains were inoperable for approximately 2 minutes and Diesel Generator 1-1 autostarted due to momentary undervoltage during an automatic bus transfer.

On January 30,.1985, Diesel Generator 1-2 autostarted due to a momentary undervoltage during an automatic bus transfer.

A pressurizer spray valve was overhauled and returned to operable status.

No challenges to the PORVs or Steam Generator Safety Valves have been made.

No changes have been made in the Offsite Dose Calculation Procedure, the i Environmental Radiological Monitoring Procedure, or any radioactive waste treatment systems.
