NUCLEAR PLANT OPERATIONS-DIABLO CANYON POWER PLANT UCENSEE EVENT REPORTS Reactor licensees are required to report all unusual occurrences to the Nuclear Regulatory Connission (NRC). These reports are called Licensee Event Reports (LERs) and cover a wide range.of occurrences, including equipment failures, personnel errors and plant emergencies.-
