. MONTHLY NARRATIVE REPORT

..- . 0F OPERATION AND MAJOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE This report describes the operating and major maintenance experience for the month of November,1984. This narrative report was prepared by the plant staff Land.is submitted in accordance with Section 6.9.1.10 of the Plant Technical Specifications.

The . Full Power Operating License for Unit I was issued November 2,1984.

Initial electrical generation occurred on November 11, 1984.

On November 24, 1984, Unit 1 experienced a Turbine trip and associated Reactor trip, and a Safety Injection.

On November 28, 1984, Unit 1 experienced a Turbine trip and associated Reactor trip.

There is no major safety-related maintenance to report.

On November 4,1984, a Power Operated Relief Valve was used to~ mitigate a

, Reactor Coolant System pressure increase.

No challenges to the safety valves have been made.

No changes have been made in the Offsite Dose Calculation Procedure, the Environmental Radiological Monitoring Procedure, or any radioactive waste treatment systems.
