As we discussed on November 28, 1981, the response to the City of Mentor's Interrogatories to the Applicants is being sent to you under separate cover. Because the docu-monts that you requested from the Applicants are voluminous, they are being made available for your inspection at the offices of The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, 4th and Main Streets, Cincinnati, Ohio 45201, during normal business hours. Please contact Jerome Vennemann, Esq. at 513/632-2644 as far in advance of your inspection of these documents as possible to make specific arrangements.

As we also discussed, the Applicants' procedures re-garding notificaticn of state and county officials will be provided with the telephone numbers deleted in order not to compromise them. You agreed that these deletions should not interfere with your use of the information.
