agency records and information, including but not limited to notes, letters memoranda, drafts, minutes, diaries, logs, calender's, tapes, summaries, interview reports, procedures, instructions, allegation summary sheets, interim and/or final reports, status reports, computer disks, and any and all other ,

records relevant to and/or generated in_ connection with:

-NRC Inspection Report 50-445/90-05; 50/446/90-05 issued January 31, 1990, and the NRC's inspection into the Therm-o-Lag issues that were subject of this inspection-report.

L The information and records subject to this request will be I

used to. prepare for Mr. Bausemer 's Department of Labor hearing before the Administrative Law Judge; as well as to examine the documents responsive to determine whether or not Mr. Bausemer's concerns or complaints have been properly evaluated by the NRC staff, and whether the proper corrective action was taken with respect .to those concerns. The documents may also be used to inform and educate' the public and concerned citizens about the  :

L agency's activities regarding the NRC's operation and conduct of business in regards to the regulation of the Comanche Peak plant.

This request includes all agency records as defined in 10 C.F.R. 9.3 (a) (b) and the NRC Manual, Appendix 0211, Parts 1.A.2 and A.3 (approved October 8, 1980) whether they currently exist in the NRC official " working" investigative or other files, or at any other location, including private residences.
