SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM EXCEEDED HEATUP AND COOLDOWN RATES - NCR'S 12P AND 13P - FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-01E Inspector H. C. Dance on August 6,1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

Interim reports were submitted on September 4, 1979, and October 5, 1979.
