This revision adds a requirement that Security personnel will assess search equipment alarms and adds the definition of major maintenance.

The material enclosed contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 (d) (1) .
