Enclosed is SON's U1C9 ISI Summary Report that contains an historical record of repairs, replacements, and ISI examinations and augmented examinations that were performed on American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code Class 1 and 2 components from May 12, 1997 to October 8, 1998.

Please note that this ISI Summary Report is being provided in accordance with IWA-6220 and IWA-6230 of ASME Code,Section XI. Section 8 of this report summarizes five weld examinations, which did not receive code required examination coverage due to design configuration, access limitations, /L etc. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a, request for relief will be submitted to NRC in a timeframe to support the 2"d 10-year inspection interval.
