versions. This information-is submitted in support of Technical Specification Change 89-27 dated January 24, 1990.

Because the' enclosure contains information proprietary to Westinghouse, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the L

information.

The affidavit sets forth the basis'on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Con' mission and addresses with j

specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
