The purpose of the revision is to correct the second paragraph of section 7 which should have read " routinely measured every six months", not every six weeks. The blade drop times are measured every six weeks, the blade thick-nesses every si:: months.

The wording of the last few lines of the final paragraph on page 2 has also been revised to clarify the description of the electromagnetic coupling of the blade and its purpose.
