Letter from MIT (License No. R 37/ Docket No. 50 20 to US NRC dated November 25,1997.
Gentlemen:
On November 25,1997, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology wrote to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to update NRC on the status of legal proceedings concerning an employee who had been chnged by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in that letter we stated that a trial date of 15 January 1998 had been tentatively selected. We have now been infomed that a further delay of at least two weeks and quite possibly several months is likely. Accordingly, our letter of November 25. 1997, should be disregarded.
