Dear Mr. Thecas:

This will acknowledge receipt of your let ter of March 15, 1983, forwarding l the above license amendment.

The word " system" was used in the original Technical Specification 4.1-1 ht was omitted when the specification was revised to change the testing frequency from semi-annually to annually. As discussed on the telephone, l it is requested that reference continue to be made to the " system", which word should be inserted after "ECS spray nozzle" on the fourth line of Specification 4.1-1.
