In the Matter of the Application ) Docket Nos. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 Enclosed is revision 8 to the "Preservice Baseline Inspection and Inservice Inspection Program for Tennessee Valley Authority Sequoyah Nuclear Plant." The initial draft program was sub-mitted by J. E. Gilleland's letter to S. A. Varga dated August 23, 1977. As additional changes result from implementa-tion of the preservice program, they will be submitted.

Revision 8 incorporates inspection procedures related to the flaw indication found in the unit 1 reactor vessel closure head weld (refer to letter from L. M. Mills to S. A. Varga dated July 10, 1979).
