On May 17, 2006, the NRC Staff filed the "NRC Staff Testimony of Richard B. Ennis,Steven R. Jones, Robert L. Pettis, Jr., George Thomas, and Zeynab Abdullahi Concerning NEC Contention 3" and the "NRC Staff Testimony of David C. Jeng, Steven R. Jones, and RichardB. Ennis Concerning NEC Contention 4." Mr. Jones was out of the office and unavailable tosign his supporting affidavit in time for filing with the Staff's testimony. He has now returned tothe office and has executed his affidavits, which are enclosed herewith. The signed affidavits should be inserted in the Staff's testimony to replace the unsigned version that was included in the Staff's original filing.Sincerely,/RA/Steven C.
