Blanch Declaration The attached declaration by Paul Blanch is a ringing indictment of the depths to which the NRC's NRR staff and Region 1 personnel will go go cover up the fact that the VY license application is incomplete and inaccurate.... hopefully, the O.I.G. will see the NRC's attack on Blanch's initial submittal as a futile attempt by the agency to promote nuclear power at the expense of protecting the public.
