Blanch Declaration The attached declaration by Paul Blanch is a ringing indictment of the depths to which the NRC's NRR staff and Region 1 personnel will go go cover up the fact that the VY license application is incomplete and inaccurate .... hopefully, the O.I.G. will see the NRC's attack on Blanch's initial submittal as a futile attempt by the agency to promote nuclear power at the expense of protecting the public.
