Pursuant to the Licensing Boards Order of September 30, 2005, regarding the State of Vermont Department of Public Services Motion to Compel filed August 31, 2005, the Staff is producing three documents for in camera inspection by the Board. The Staff claimed privilege over the documents in its July 27, 2005, hearing file update, on the basis that the documents contained information concerning the Staffs deliberative process. The Staff has also filed a Response under separate cover addressing the issues raised by the Licensing Boards Order.
