Further to our message of last night in response to the Board's February 2, 2006 Order (Scheduling Prehearing Conference Call), Applicants Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
will not be available for hearings on the following additional dates due to prior significant commitments: July 10 -14 and July 31 - August
