(Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station)

Dear Judges:

On March 25, 2008, you issued an order setting the date for evidentiary hearings in the Vermont Yankee license renewal docket. In that order you also asked the parties to inform the Board by April 4, 2008 of any anticipated schedule conflicts in August and September in case further evidentiary hearings beyond those already scheduled in July were needed. This letter responds to that order.

For the time period August and September 2008, the Vermont Department of Public Service only has two conflicts. Attorney Anthony Roisman is unavailable for the time period August 1-4 because he has a planned trip out of state to visit family. Attorney Sarah Hofmann is unavailable for the time period August 18-22 because of planned annual leave.
