(Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station) -- Docket No. 50-271-OLA

Dear Chairman Karlin and Judges Baratta and Rubenstein:

This is to advise the Board that, in light of the public access restrictions implemented by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on the Agency-wide Document and Access Management System ("ADAMS") as of October 25, 2004, Entergy Nuclear Vernont Yankee LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (collectively "Entergy") have reviewed their NRC- and licensee-generated docket entries for information regarding aspects of the Extended Power Uprate ("EPU") at Vernont Yankee that may not now be available to the New England Coalition ("NEC"). As described in the enclosed letter to NEC, Entergy has forwarded to NEC's counsel and technical advisor copies of docketed information regarding EPU (EPU Supplements 15 through 20 covering September 23, 2004, to the present) to which NEC may not currently have access due to the ADAMS access restrictions.

Sincerely, Silberg Counsel for Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
