- 2. Ms. Miller is a member in good standing of the Supreme Court of the State of Vermont, the United States District Court for the District of Vermont and United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and
- 3. Ms. Miller has not previously applied to appear pro hac vice before this Court.
