Black out dates for evidentiary hearings The ASLBP's order of November 16, 2007 asked the parties to submit to you a list of dates on which counsel and witnesses will be unavailable for a 5-day evidentiary hearing between April 21, 2008 and June 30, 2008. This list is all inclusive for the State of Vermont. Vermont would be unavailable for an evidentiary hearing on May 15th and between June 16th - 30th. Mr. Roisman's daughter is getting married the week of June 17th, and he will be teaching an ALI/ABA Environmental Law Seminar the week of the 24th.
