On May 17, 2006, the NRC Staff filed the NRC Staff Testimony of Richard B. Ennis, Steven R. Jones, Robert L. Pettis, Jr., George Thomas, and Zeynab Abdullahi Concerning NEC Contention 3" and the NRC Staff Testimony of David C. Jeng, Steven R. Jones, and Richard B. Ennis Concerning NEC Contention 4. Mr. Jones was out of the office and unavailable to sign his supporting affidavit in time for filing with the Staffs testimony. He has now returned to the office and has executed his affidavits, which are enclosed herewith. The signed affidavits should be inserted in the Staffs testimony to replace the unsigned version that was included in the Staffs original filing.
