We have reviewed the proprietary document log provided with Entergys supplemental disclosures of April 15, 2005. We have identified two documents relating to DPS Contentions 1 and 2, in addition to those noted in my April 11, 2005 letter to you, that we would like to access pursuant to the compromise position set forth in the NRC Staff Answer to Entergys Motion for Protective Order Governing Access to and Disclosure of Trade Secrets and Confidential Commercial or Financial Information, dated January 19, 2005. Specifically, the Staff requests that the documents listed in the attachment to this letter be provided to Staff counsel pursuant to the procedures of 10 C.F.R. § 2.390.
