STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE'S STATEMENT OF DATE BLACKOUT Pursuant to the Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board dated March 25, 2008, the State of New Hampshire hereby states the availability of its counsel and witnesses to attend hearings during the months of August and September, 2008, should hearings beyond the scheduled dates of July 21-25, 2008 become necessary.

1. New Hampshire does not expect to present any witnesses.

New Hampshire's counsel is unavailable the weeks of August 4 th and August 1 1 th and the week of September 2 2nd, due to vacation plans and attendance at a conference.

3. We will promptly advise the Board and parties if additional availability conflicts develop for New Hampshire's counsel between now and the start of the hearing.
