' On November 17, 1987, on behalf of Seabrook Intervenors NECNP, SAPL, and the Massachusetts Attorney General, I filed the original and two copies of "Intervenors' Motion to Reopen the Record and Adtnit Late-Filed Contention negarding Proposed Amend-ment of Seabrook Operating License Application." At that time, we had not yet received from our experts in California the original signature page of the supporting affidavit, which was appended ~to the motion as Attachment 1. We have now received the original signature page, which is enclosed herewith.
I am also enclosing NECNP'S SAPL'S and Massachusetts Attorney General's Objection to No Significant Hazards Determina-tion and Rrequest for a Hearing on Proposed Amendment to Seabrook's Low Power Operating License.
