2.1  The licensee shall follow Chapters 1.0 through 8.0 and Appendices A, B, C, D, and AA of its Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan, Revision 7, dated January 31, 1986; as revised by submittals of June 1, 1986 (pages 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, and 5.4 all dated June 1, 1986 and labelled as Revision 8), and July 28, 1986 (pages AA.3, AA.4 and AA.6 all dated September 1, 1986 and labelled as Revision 9); and as may be amended pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).

Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.

This is in response to your LA 86-55 letter and enclosure, dated July 28, 1986, in which you submitted three revised pages to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP).
