ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECElPT OF LICENSE ANNEX SUBMITTAL (TAC NO. L31181)
Dear Mr. Williams:
We have received your Ucense Annex submittal for the LLRW Processing System at your plant transmitted by letter dated March 31,1999. Your submittal has been assigned TAC No.
L31181. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this submittal.
We have completed the initial review of this License Annex with no administrative omissions or deficiencies identified. As stated in our November 23,1998, letter, please note that the complete technical review of your License Annexes will be primarily associated with the High Risk Systems (ADU Conversion, UN Bulk Storage System, URRS Dissolver System, and ADU Bulk Powder Blending System). We anticipate completing our review of the License Annex for the LLRW Processing System by June 30,1999. In addition, our reviews may identify omissions in the submittal information or technical issues that require additional information.
Our review schedule could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
