In accordance with your application dated June 23, 1989, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1107 is hereby amended to incorporate into the license by reference the revisions to the Radiological Contingency Plan. Accordingly, Condition 9 is amended to include the date of June 23, 1989. !
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same. This amendment is issued for the convenience of the Conmission to maintain up-to-date references to the Plan in your license.
