In accordance with your application dated June 23, 1989, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1107 is hereby amended to incorporate into the license by reference the revisions to the Radiological Contingency Plan. Accordingly, Condition 9 is amended to include the date of June 23, 1989.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same. This amendment is issued for the convenience of the Conmission to maintain up-to-date references to the Plan in your license.
Revised page 1 to License No. SNM-1107 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
