The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits (six copies of) a revision to the referenced proposed changes to the FNMC Plan for the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Division's (CNFD) Fuel
-. Manufacturing Plant (CFFF) located near Columbia, South Carolina. The attachment to this letter provides explanation of the chani incorporated within the revised FNMC Plan (pages submitted as enclosures). This revision is in response to a request by Thomas Pham to include additional information regarding the determination of a nominal %U for UF. receipts.
