Dear Mr. Williams.
We have received your revised License Annex submittal for the Scrap Uranium Recovery Processing System at your plant transmitted by letter dated June 30,1999. Your submittal has been assigned TAC No. L31212. Please reference this number in ary future conespondence associated with this submittal.
We have completed the initial review of this License Annex with no administrative omissions or deficiencies identified. As stated in our November 23,1998, letter, please note that the complete technical review of your License A nnexes will be primarily associated with the High Risk Systems (ADU Conversion, UN Bulk Storage System, URRS Dissolver System, and ADU Bulk Powder Blending System).
We anticipate completing our review of the nrevious License Annexes as well as the License Annex for the Scrap Uranium Recovery Processing System by August 30,1999. In addition, our reviews may identify omissions in the submittal information or technical issues that require additionalinformation.
Our review schedule could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent )
assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
