This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of July 22. 1998, which transmitted Revision 25 to your Physical Security Plan.
Revision 25 reflects current drawings of.the Controlled Access Area and
- clarifies the access authorization process. Our review of the Revision has

found it to be acceptable for inclusion into the Plan.
It has'been determined that your submittal contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
It is therefore deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19.
