This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of July 22. 1998, which transmitted Revision 25 to your Physical Security Plan.

Revision 25 reflects current drawings of.the Controlled Access Area and l

- clarifies the access authorization process. Our review of the Revision has ]

found it to be acceptable for inclusion into the Plan.

It has'been determined that your submittal contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). It is therefore deemed to be commercial or ,

financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of ,

10 CFR 9.19.
