We have received your revised License Annex submittal for the URRS Waste Treatment System at your plant transmitted by letter dated June 30,1999. Your submittal has been assigned TAC No. L31211. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this submittal. l We have completed the initial review of this License Annex with no administrative omissions or deficiencies identified. As stated in our November 23,1998, letter, please note that the complete technical review of your License Annexes will be primarily associated with the High Risk Systems (ADU Conversion, UN Bulk Storage System, URRS Dissolver System, and ADU Bulk Powder Blending System).
