Dear Mr. Williams:
We have received your revised License Annex submittal for the URRS Waste Treatment System at your plant transmitted by letter dated June 30,1999. Your submittal has been assigned TAC No. L31211. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this submittal.
We have completed the initial review of this License Annex with no administrative omissions or deficiencies identified. As stated in our November 23,1998, letter, please note that the complete technical review of your License Annexes will be primarily associated with the High Risk Systems (ADU Conversion, UN Bulk Storage System, URRS Dissolver System, and ADU Bulk Powder Blending System).

Annex for the URRS Waste Treatment System by August 30,1999. In addition, our reviews may identify omissions in the submittallnformation or technical issues that require additional information.
Our review schedule could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent j
