We have completed the initial review of this License Annex with no administrative omissions or deficiencies identified.' As stated in our November 23,1998, letter, p! ease note that the complete technical review of your Ucense Annexes will be primarily associated with the High Risk Systems (ADU Conversion, UN Bulk Storage System, URRS Dissolver, and Powder Blending). Accordingly, we will review the ADU Conversion and UN Bulk Storage System Annexes first, the URRS Dissolver Annex second, and the last high-risk system (Powder i l

Blending) when you submit it. We anticipate completing our review of the URRS Dissolver by ,

i May 30,1999, in addition, our reviews may identify omissions in the submittal information or l l technical issues that require additional information.

l When we have received the other high-risk system License Annex submittal, we will provide you with our projection of the technical review schedule. Our review schedule could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
