LICENSE REVISIONS 12,13 (REVISE SAFETY CONDITION S-2), AND 14 (TAC NOS. L31091, L31088, AND L31094)
Dear Mr. Williams:
In accordance with your applications dated June 30, July 13, and July 23,1998, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1107 is hereby amended to include changes to Chapters 1 and 4 (Revision 12), the revision of Safety Condition S-2 (Revision 13), and changes to Chapters 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8 (Revision 14).
Accordingly, Safety Condition S-1 has been revised to include the dates of June 30, July 13, and July 23,1998, and, because the submittals replace current License pages, to delete the dates of May 11 and May 18,1995; August 11 and December 17,1997; and January 9 and 12, i
1998.
Safety Condition S-2 has been reviced to include the schedule for updated Criticality Safety Evaluations / Criticality Safety Analyses (CSEs/CSAs) that are now part of the Integrated Safety j
Assessment (ISA) program.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
3 Enclosed are copies of the revised Materiais License SNM-1107 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
