In accordance with your application dated August 12, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1107 is hereby amended to incorporate into the license by reference the revisions to the Radiological Contingency Plan. Accordingly, Condition 9 is amended to include the date of August 12, 1988.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same. This amendment is issued for the convenience of the Commission to clearly reference license requirements.
