'keycerds" that 'ere ellegedly missing is somewhere between 12 and 20. d ELP believes the information on the missing "Keycerds' ccmes from a concernec individual currently employed at Seabrook Stetton who is credible. ELP is unable to glean from the pubite record to date any:

ELP esks the NRC to investigate this ellegation and convey to ELP the agency's findings, if the NRC is able to confirm the allagetton that "keycents' permitting access to the restricted areas of Seabrook Stetton are no longer in.the possession of the individuals to whom they wore
